Understand that by visiting, downloading from, uploading to, interacting with, or using any information, images, documents, or files, in their entirety or any portion thereof, on this Site (“Information”), you are expressly agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of use put forth. ScavCorp does not wish to receive any information from You (with the exception of information we gather as mentioned in the Privacy Policy). However, You acknowledge that, in the absence of any applicable and preexisting agreement with ScavCorp, any concepts, ideas, statements, comments, methods, algorithms, items, colors, or other intellectual property that You transmit to us (“IP”) becomes the sole property of ScavCorp, with You revoking any and all ownership and claims to the IP. Furthermore, ScavCorp cannot assure that any IP submitted to us will be considered confidential or proprietary, and ScavCorp cannot be held liable for any and all damages that may result from our use of it.
